What you cannot do

• Reverse engineer services
• Use the platform for business or advertising

User content

• Anything you submit can be used by Magellan TCG
• You will not be paid or credited
• Magellan TCG is not responsible for user opinions

Virtual items & payments

• Virtual items have no real money value
• All purchases are final (no refunds)
• Items cannot be sold or transferred
• Unused items are lost if your account is closed

Third-party services

• Magellan TCG is not responsible for external sites or services
• Hardware/software failures are not Magellan TCG’s responsibility

Service availability

• Services may be changed, paused, or stopped anytime
• Magellan TCG is not responsible for data or item loss

Legal

• Service is provided “as is”
• Magellan TCG is not liable for damages
• Maximum liability: $100
• You must cover legal costs if you cause a claim
• Disputes follow Washington State law
• Claims must be filed within 1 year
